RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date you receive the last item in your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be in the same condition in which it was received;
• Be unused, unworn, and undamaged;
• Include all original tags, accessories, and components, where applicable;
• Be returned in its original packaging; and
• Include proof of purchase or the relevant order information.

Returns sent without contacting us in advance may not be accepted. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the applicable return address.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery.

• A description of the issue; and
• Clear photographs or videos showing the problem.
We will review the information provided and offer an appropriate solution based on the circumstances, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
• Products that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery;
• Personalized or customized products;
• Perishable goods;
• Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used;
• Gift cards; and
• Items returned without the original packaging when the packaging is necessary for safe return.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you are exercising your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, we will refund the standard outbound shipping cost paid at the time of purchase. Return shipping costs for withdrawal-based returns are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items resulting from an error on our part, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution.
For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or other customer-related reasons (outside of EU withdrawal rights), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you. However, once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
